In addition to working together as a country, contributing to each other with the presentation of success stories that add to the improvement of the production and export of the sector, the 1st Edition of the Congress of Ornamental Plants, Foliage and Flowers will be held with the support of the Mipymes y Cooperativas+ Competitivas (MCC+) project, financed by the European Union on August 18 and 19, 2022, in Antigua Guatemala.
With the aim of strengthening and expanding the knowledge of producers and exporters of ornamental plants, foliage and flowers on the structures of each industry, current market situation, trends, research and technology, the AGEXPORT Ornamental Plants and Foliage Commission with The support of the Mipymes y Cooperativas+ Competitivas (MCC+) project, funded by the European Union, will bring together exporters, producers, professionals, technicians and marketers of ornamental plants, foliage and flowers under one roof for 2 days.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to be more competitive and increase the production of ornamental plants, foliage and flowers through seven conferences with national and international experts.
In addition, they will learn about success stories in the sector, visit the exhibition floor of agricultural suppliers services providers and participate in a field trip to farms in the sector.
